We want you to love your 3 Bees candles as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t right, let us help!
Defective or Damaged ProductsIn the rare case that your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’re returning an unused candle because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the scent wasn’t what you expected, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. We can provide a return label (with the cost deducted from your refund) or you can arrange your own shipping. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received in original condition.

Repack the items carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition.

Include your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

Ship your return to the address we’ll provide during the return process (please email us for details).
Please Note: We cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned, even partially, unless they are defective.
